Southbank Centre
Southbank Centre is located on the Thames riverside between Hungerford and Waterloo Bridges, in Central London.
Venues include: The Lift at Southbank Centre Square, Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Purcell Room.
Public transport to Southbank Centre
- Buses stop on Waterloo Bridge, in York Road, in Belvedere Road and in Stamford Street.
- Nearest underground stations are Waterloo (Bakerloo, Northern, Jubilee and Waterloo & City lines) and Embankment (Circle and District lines).
- Nearest main line rail stations are Waterloo, Waterloo East and Charing Cross.

All Southbank Centre venues are wheelchair accessible and are fitted with infrared hearing facilities. Guide dogs are welcome.

The Lift
The Lift interior is one level and has easy wheelchair access via a ramp and wide entrance doors.
There will be a minimum of four wheelchair spaces at each event at The Lift (many events will have more) and there is one wheelchair accessible toilet inside The Lift compound.
The Lift is equipped with a hearing induction loop.
Guide dogs are welcome.
