Lift Festival 2008 Stratford is committed to providing access for everyone. Festival venues have been chosen to ensure access for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility.

Some Lift Festival events are British Sign Language interpreted – see event pages for details.

The Lift interior is one level and has easy wheelchair access via a ramp and wide entrance doors. There will be a minimum of four wheelchair spaces at each event at The Lift (many events will have more) and there is one wheelchair accessible toilet inside The Lift compound. The Lift is equipped with a hearing induction loop. Guide dogs are welcome.

Theatre Royal Stratford East has large foyers and a wheelchair accessible box office. The theatre has lifts to the upper level and wheelchair accessible toilets. There are five wheelchair spaces in the theatre.

Stratford Circus has wide automatic doors and corridors for easy building access and lifts to all floors. The building has wheelchair accessible toilets.

Disabled customers are entitled to concession rate tickets. There are no concession rate tickets for The Kickin' Kangaroo Club, however disabled customers are welcome to bring one carer or companion for free.

From Stratford Station, cross Great Eastern Road, go straight through the shopping centre and continue along West Ham Lane to Stratford Park. Journey takes approx. 7min.
